How to answer when someone asks: "Tell Me About Yourself"

It is often the first question you’ll be asked in a job interview. While this might seem like a simple icebreaker to kickoff the conversation, this is your first and best chance to pitch yourself and why you’re the right person for them to hire.

It can often be difficult to sum up who you are as a person, what your work experience is, and why you would be a good fit for this job in just 2 minutes. What we’re going to do today is give you a few frameworks you can use to craft your TMAY, give you a few examples of what to do and what not to do, and give you time to practice with one another and receive real-time feedback.
